HOW TO MANAGE DIABETES WITHOUT DRUGS

There are different kinds of Diabetes that affect mankind.My focus here will be on diabetes caused by too much sugar in the blood,resulting in frequent urination.

This kind of diabetes affect the young and the old,but is rampant among the old people. This diabetes can be managed . To manage this diabetes,the diabetic must be disciplined about the type of food he or she eats.The one having this diabetes should not eat carbohydrate food more than three times in a week.If possible, two times in a week would yield better result.The diabetic should eat the carbohydrate food with a lot of vegetables such as vegetable-soup, salad etc.In addition, the one having diabetes should eat fruits regularly including proteinous foods.

Another measure that helps the one having this diabetes is the manner of drinking water after eating.Experience has shown that the diabeteic would be better off if he does not drink water within , at least one hour,from the time he finishes eating food.This reduces frequent urination by the diabetic to a great extent.

The above enumerated measures actually help the people suffering from diabetes to cope with the ailment.Since this kind of diabetes is caused by much sugar in the blood, the diabetic must minimize,if not avoid, carbohydrate food and sugary confectioneries.

ELECTRICT SHOCK

Electrict shock is one of the common hazards people face while on duty in the factory or at home.This is the reason why we often hear or read about people affected by electrict shock.Elect shock can give one serious injury or kill one outrightly.Domestic electricity is normally of low voltage and consequently inflicts injury or kills slowly.Electrict shock received from high tension wires kills the victim on the spot.In such situation ,the electrict shock victim remains attached to the source of current or is blown off.

If one falls victim of high tension wire electric shock and is still in contact with the source or near a high voltage source, you should not touch him or else, you will get electricuted too.The electricity authority should be alerted immediately to switch the current off in the area the electric shock vitim is located.On the other hand ,if, in a low voltage electric shock, the victim is in contact with the source,you should switch off the current and pull off the plug.If these are not possible,get hands dry,stand on rubber slippers,and using a dry piece of wood or plastic,push the victim off the contact.
